Coffee 360 offers great coffee with unique flavor combos, including an incredible iced espresso with oat milk and an amazing holiday cookie butter latte. The staff is kind, nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There is plenty of comfy seating inside with outlets and outdoor seating as well. Pastries are always rotated, with fun drinks every other month. Prices are reasonable. Parking is a little bit limited, but there are some spots behind the building. The shop is close to UTK and downtown Knoxville.
