Domino's Pizza in Knoxville

“I had a pie delivered and was trying to get it here b4 the rain hit, wouldn't you know it just as my driver pulls in the bottom falls out, i was for sure she would wait but NO this young lady Arianna brought my order to the door and assured me that she protected it and did it with a smile i was impressed with her work and she deserves 5+ Stars, and stop being cheap and tip your driver.“

“Great location. Very easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The drive-through window is nice. Heather, the new general manager, did a great job and was very polite and kind to the customers in the store. The store was very clean and I thought that the food was awesome!“

“I had to drive from Maryville because they don't carry the bread bowl pastas for some reason at the local domino's. I called two other domino's in Knoxville to have my order cancelled because they didn't have bread bowl pastas. I was hesitant to order from this domino's based on the reviews. This domino's saved the day with the bread bowl pastas. They were delicious and buttery. The garlic knots were yummy too. I'm very pleased with our dinner tonight.“

“Our wings arrived undercooked with very little sauce but the manager, Tony, was incredibly professional. He let me send him a picture of the order to his personal number, got a replacement to us within 30 minutes and even texted back to check on the quality. That's just excellent management and customer service.“

“This location in Farragut has the best employees, Everyone is so nice and is always helping me figure out the best deal. The pizza is always cooked to perfection and they never get it wrong. Their customer service is top tier compared to the other locations near by. I will only be coming this location from now on.“

“Upon arriving to pick up our pizzas on a rainy Saturday, Ashanti greeted us with a smile while letting us know it would be a few minutes before our food was ready. She was the only one in store answering phones, creating pizzas, and sending drivers out with food. I was highly impressed not only with how swiftly and positively she handled the store, but with how clean the premises was. The best part? How delicious our food was!

“I've lived off Pleasant Ridge Road for around a decade going on now and this Domino's has been my go to for pizza. Besides having my order delivered to wrong apt on accident once, one slight mistake in 10 years and GPS seems to about always send them to wrong area in my apts, and them quickly remaking my order and getting it to me swiftly this Domino's has been on point. Today...and I'm hoping I'm getting delivery drivers name correct, Luis possibly Luiz, called me promptly when he was getting all turned around trying to deliver my order. He didnt have change so I could give him a proper tip and he told me no worries don't worry about it. I asked him to wait so I could run to apt and at least give him a couple bucks for his trouble. Always great customer service and never had an issue with my food order either. Great store and great staff! And if Luis see's this review I appreciate his awesome personality and professionalism. I have to admit it has been a long time since I had visited a Dominos. While in Knoxville we didn't want to wait too long for pizza so we gave them a try. I was absolutely amazed how good it was! We ordered cheese filled crust with sausage onions and pepperoni. It was so good that even my Pizza Snob wifey loved it 😊“

“I ordered 2 medium pizzas through the 2 for 6.99 each deal. Food was hot and fresh. However I think it is silly that Domino's now charges 99 cents per sauce. The medium pizzas have also gotten smaller so I don't think it's worth the price anymore, even with 2 toppings.“

“my sisters and i will often swing by and they always get our food done quickly. when we once forgot to order ranch with our pizzas, the guy who gave us our food was super understanding and friendly in helping us! love their pizza too, i dont know why but its genuinely so good.“

“Got the special for a large 2 topping for $6.99. We ordered 2 and also the garlic bread bites for $2.99 and a 2 liter Coke Cola. We were staying at a hotel close by for the weekend so the employees really hooked us up with plates, napkins, utensils and a few cups. They went above and beyond at this location. I definitely recommend ordering from here and most definitely will order again if we are back in the area. Dominos you have amazing employees working the night shift!!“

“This Dominos location is by far the best in Knoxville.

Not only was the staff friendly, efficient, and short handed but there was a lady (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name) who went above and beyond by making my daughter a treat bag out of her own supplies. I’m usually super disappointed with dominos but now I know it’s because I wasn’t going to the right location!“
