Not the worst dunkin in our area but by far a lower tier. Not sure what's wrong with Knoxville Dunkins; it's so much better anywhere else
Unfortunately had multiple problems with drink orders here. And I love Dunkin!
Multiple times had ice in my nitro, when I ordered a large matcha they filled my cup up 3/4 of the way… my go to order is a large drip with 3 cream and it tastes different every single time.
Also messed up on my food order whenever I specify I don’t want the yellow cheese. Also do not go to drive thu is there’s more than a few cars. Drive thru takes forever.

The employee who helped was very kind, lovely lady. She had to ask the manager a question about my order, and he seemed rather bothered by it. A manager should never be bothered by an employee asking questions especially if it's to help a guest out. Not much on customer service was he.
