“This is the best location out of every Dunkin in Knoxville. The staff is beyond friendly, they’re fast paced, and ALWAYS get my order correct. Hannah is so sweet, so is Chicago! I wish I memorized all the staffs name because they’re all the best!“

“My favorite Dunkin location! Service is fast. They are super consistent with how they make the drinks here, so my coffee always comes out the same every time, unlike other Dunkins, where the amount of cream and syrup, and the strength of the coffee, is a surprise every time lol“

“While being stranded here and staying in a bush outside of Wendy’s due to absolutely wretched police officers of the city and county level, this is the only place where you can charge your phone at night time, especially if you’ve been trespassed from everywhere as a victim. This is what the bathroom looks like, and it has looked like this every single day for the past seven days. What are these people getting paid to do if not embezzled“

My truck broke down right at the drive through menu and the team came and helped my push my F-350 (gross weight of 8,800 lbs) out of the drive-thru into a parking spot for repairs. “I’m kinda shocked this place has a 3.4. I used to go here more frequently in the past than I do now, but I’ve never had an issue here. Coffee comes out right and they’re always polite. It’s a regular Dunkin Donuts that’s mostly focused on drive thru service.“

“Cannot stand that they put the machine out the window and ask for a tip. Since when do you tip in a drive through esp bc I literally got a $1 donut while my baby was asleep. You put it in a bag and handed it to me. It is so weird. I obviously tipped and do so everytime but it is weird. Id gladly tip if I had some fancy coffee or a large order.“
