Dunkin' Donuts in Knoxville

“This is the best location out of every Dunkin in Knoxville. The staff is beyond friendly, they’re fast paced, and ALWAYS get my order correct. Hannah is so sweet, so is Chicago! I wish I memorized all the staffs name because they’re all the best!“

“The staff is always very kind and quick with my orders. A couple of things I would appreciate is including a couple napkins without having to ask and using the little wax/parchment sheets to fill a donut order and keep donuts from sticking to the inside of the bag. Maybe they're not used anymore, but should. Gloves aren't enough... so many other things are touched. One other thing, and I notice many drive-thrus have this issue... Why the exterior of the window and surround are not clean? Could be a once a week task. I rarely leave reviews, but thought worth mentioning.“

“Best restaurant I've visited in a long time. Great staff. Great food. Very clean. Well managed.I ordered an English muffin sandwich with cheese and bacon. It was hot and fresh and had lots of crispy bacon. My coffee was good, but I like it stronger, so the barista gave me a shot of espresso to add to it. The restaurant was super clean, including the bathroom. And the employees cranked through order after order with a high level of organization and teamwork.Seeing a company that functional was an inspiration. Kudos!“

“Great DD..the person who served us was Courtney and she was amazing. Really that day was rough for me and I was just needing a cup of coffee and some comfort food. Her smile and upbeat disposition got me right on track. I was so grateful for the pleasant and professional connection over a coffee and donut. Perfect coffee Perfect donut..thank Dunkin...UPDATE
Second trip, super busy but excellent service Courtney waited on us again..funny that, good stores keep good help. I will say that Saturday mornings are very busy but they handled the traffic extremely well..thanks

Parking: Parking way exceeds the need“

“So I love me some peppermint! So I wanted to try the recent seasonal re-release of Dunkins classic Peppermint Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam... But I also wanted to try "my own" Peppermint Cold Brew. So I ordered the Pep Cold w/cold foam: First, the aroma of the Peppermint is pretty delicious. And Dunkins cold foam is a classic. But I feel like there could be more coffee blended with peppermint vs. Peppermint blended with a dash of coffee. The Peppermint Mocha syrup is VERY chocolatey almost like powdered cocoa that is just mixed with water. I would def opt in for a shot of espresso just to help even it out. But overall this drink receives a 3.5 out of 5 for me. Next--- my twist: I ordered an iced coffee with 5 pumps of peppermint and I also added 3 pumps of toasted white chocolate, I left off the Cold Foam. This was perfection to me! The white chocolate blended so well with the peppermint and it calmed down the overall straight mocha flavor just enough to thoroughly enjoy it! And my making this one myself and leaving off the foam it was a cheaper cost with more flavor and a really nice iced coffee! I rate a 4.5 out of 5 just because I did not add shot of espresso (next time though).“

“This Dunkin’ team is amazing! My truck broke down right at the drive through menu and the team came and helped my push my F-350 (gross weight of 8,800 lbs) out of the drive-thru into a parking spot for repairs. Big thank you and shout out to Andrea, Angel, Trey, and a very kind customer, for helping me move my truck.

“I’m kinda shocked this place has a 3.4. I used to go here more frequently in the past than I do now, but I’ve never had an issue here. Coffee comes out right and they’re always polite. It’s a regular Dunkin Donuts that’s mostly focused on drive thru service.“

“This place is consistently understaffed. I swear the management has no idea how to optimize the work flow. Especially when the drive through is slamming them with drink orders. I literally placed an on site order for a cappuccino, two donuts, and a chicken wrap and the register girl had to go immediately back to making drinks, forgot the two donuts, and the chicken wrap took like 10+ minutes to get.

The staff look/feel like they’re being whipped and slaved and that’s not okay. They were very good service wise though. I pray they don’t run into a boomer Karen to ruin their day.

I have seen that there are some consistent workers there. But, it seems like I see a new person every so often… I firmly believe corporate won’t raise the wages and make it worth the troubling stress.
It’s a shame.

For the local street businesses surrounding, it’s a good option, but I have gotten better donuts at Weigels…“

That was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and I’ve been in the service industry for over 10 years. “I ordered a large decaf coffee, which was excellent. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which was also excellent. I initially ordered the snacking bacon. I asked for warm bacon. I don't know anyone who likes greasy cold bacon. I was told they don't have it hot and against policy to warm. So that was removed from my order. No greasy cold bacon for me at this price.“
