“This is the best location out of every Dunkin in Knoxville. The staff is beyond friendly, they’re fast paced, and ALWAYS get my order correct. Hannah is so sweet, so is Chicago! I wish I memorized all the staffs name because they’re all the best!“

“I love this Dunkin! They are my favorite. I drive from Maryville to Knoxville every day for work and stop in at-least a couple of days a week. They are always so sweet! Everyone is friendly and my order is always correct. Today I got my coffee and had a nice note written on my cup it made my day.“

“I ordered sugar free flaovos on the app, and my drink was definitely not sugar free. But, my kids enjoyed it 🙃 They are also usually backed up, and mobile orders are rarely ready when I get there, even after taking about 20 mins to get there.“

“While being stranded here and staying in a bush outside of Wendy’s due to absolutely wretched police officers of the city and county level, this is the only place where you can charge your phone at night time, especially if you’ve been trespassed from everywhere as a victim. This is what the bathroom looks like, and it has looked like this every single day for the past seven days. What are these people getting paid to do if not embezzled“

“Always good and I go yo a different one every week..I need to add something I usually go through the drive thru but went inside today.. and there was a line of cars with only 2 workers and I'm here to tell you the man and women needs a raise.. they didn't complain and to watch the way they sped around each other to make the drinks was amazing.. I hope they get you two some help thank you for my good coffee in the morning..o and when I went in the man recognized me and ask if I wanted my usual...awesome just awesome“

“I am always pleased & very impressed with this location. The drinks are consistent, the service is phenomenal, & the staff are so sweet. There is never a long wait that I’ve experienced, they get you in & out & always make it a delightful experience. I can’t say enough good things about this one! “This Dunkin’ team is amazing! My truck broke down right at the drive through menu and the team came and helped my push my F-350 (gross weight of 8,800 lbs) out of the drive-thru into a parking spot for repairs. “I’m kinda shocked this place has a 3.4. I used to go here more frequently in the past than I do now, but I’ve never had an issue here. Coffee comes out right and they’re always polite. It’s a regular Dunkin Donuts that’s mostly focused on drive thru service.“

“I ordered a large decaf coffee, which was excellent. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which was also excellent. I initially ordered the snacking bacon. I asked for warm bacon. I don't know anyone who likes greasy cold bacon. I was told they don't have it hot and against policy to warm. So that was removed from my order. No greasy cold bacon for me at this price.“
