Dunkin' Donuts in Knoxville

“My daily go to place. I visit there twice a day. They are super friendly and nice. Order is always right, though recently noticed new people and have my drink not made correctly. I am not a complainer as I work in Customer Service Support…but when you are paying almost $9 for an Iced Cocoa Mocha Latte and add Espresso you kinda expect it. Lately I’ve had it handed with no topping ( whip cream, chocolate syrup and cocoa powder on top) started saying that it’s not fixed correctly. Feel bad, because it’s always been perfect and hate to be annoying but I would like what I order. Not sure if the training of newer people is not right or what. Hopefully this gets corrected or at least bring back the others. Overall I honestly love DUNKIN..😊“

“My favorite Dunkin location! Service is fast. They are super consistent with how they make the drinks here, so my coffee always comes out the same every time, unlike other Dunkins, where the amount of cream and syrup, and the strength of the coffee, is a surprise every time lol“

“While being stranded here and staying in a bush outside of Wendy’s due to absolutely wretched police officers of the city and county level, this is the only place where you can charge your phone at night time, especially if you’ve been trespassed from everywhere as a victim. This is what the bathroom looks like, and it has looked like this every single day for the past seven days. What are these people getting paid to do if not embezzled“

“This is the above and beyond location for dunkin'.Donuts. The staff here is always welcoming, has a smile. They work quickly to meet the needs of the customer and move them along quickly with professionalism and courtesy. And I'd like to add that my orders are always exactly as I have ordered.“

“This Dunkin’ team is amazing! My truck broke down right at the drive through menu and the team came and helped my push my F-350 (gross weight of 8,800 lbs) out of the drive-thru into a parking spot for repairs. Big thank you and shout out to Andrea, Angel, Trey, and a very kind customer, for helping me move my truck.

“I’m kinda shocked this place has a 3.4. I used to go here more frequently in the past than I do now, but I’ve never had an issue here. Coffee comes out right and they’re always polite. It’s a regular Dunkin Donuts that’s mostly focused on drive thru service.“

“Cannot stand that they put the machine out the window and ask for a tip. Since when do you tip in a drive through esp bc I literally got a $1 donut while my baby was asleep. You put it in a bag and handed it to me. It is so weird. I obviously tipped and do so everytime but it is weird. Id gladly tip if I had some fancy coffee or a large order.“

Being it is a new location they may need more time and training to get up to snuff.“
