KFC in Knoxville

“Food was ok the chickens breader was over cooked and dark almost tasted burnt but when you got closer to the chicken the breader was like goop certain pieces of chicken were still slightly pink the fryer may be set too high or the oils old the biscuit was really soft buttery and savory mash potatoes were definitely mashed maybe not potatoes the lady working the Drivethru was very nice and patient

Parking: The parking surrounds the whole building making it a great place for family dinner“

KFC would benefit greatly if he were the regional/national employee customer service trainer,but then he wouldn't be at my local KFC. I dont know what his pay is but he deserves a pay increase.“

“I was down there visiting with my family and on my way back home I stopped by this KFC and let me tell you what this was the best tasting food I've had from a KFC in a long time. Even though they were slammed the manager that was cooking I think she was wearing a red shirt and she still continuously came to check on me and a few others all while helping the girl at the front register. That poor girl was all over that store working her butt off and she was just the nicest, sweetest thing. You guys have a good one there. I wish we had workers that caring and considerate where I'm from.“

“I placed a mobile order and they had it ready in a matter of minutes. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing and the customer service was fantastic! This location has improved a lot over the last few months! I did have a small issue with my order but they replaced it without any issues and were so nice about it.“

“KFC @ location 4415 Western Ave Knoxville TN is by far the BEST tasting out of any other KFC locations! My daughter & I ate from this location today and everything was super delicious! It was so delicious that I actually called inside the store to let them know how amazing everything tastes. Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy & biscuit.
