Doors are locked workers are rude won't let you go in to just use the restroom, gotta wait 10 years on your food when your the only one in line, I think this spot ruined KFC for me, to the franchise owners it's time to do a employee and management
At the drive thru window, asked to pull around to the front door, when no other customers were in line. Pulled up front, and waited, my wife needed to use the restroom but the doors were locked and this was at 2:00pm. After waiting for five minutes, the worker dropped off the meal and my wife asked if she could use the restroom and got a rude “NO.” My wife further said that we are within your hours of operation.
