Went to the Loco Burro for their Wednesday deals and rooftop bar. Arrived at 7:40pm and requested to sit at the rooftop patio to find out they stop seating at 7:30pm, why advertise that you are open until 9pm, to sip on your rooftop patio, if you close your section at 7:30? Certainly a damper and disappointment. The hostess was dismissive and unapologetic to the request. Honestly why advertise the rooftop if it's not open to be seated until you close? Miri was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel right at home with her warm personality and great sense of humor. She was attentive, kind, and made our whole experience so much more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests.

famous authentic Tex-Mex it was delicious. I had the burrito beef brisket, and it was on point. It was nice to sit on the balcony to get a Birdseye view of downtown Gatlinburg. Our server Shericka was super friendly, great attitude and knew the menu well! Thank you!
