Onion rings were the best item we tried. Service 2as EXTREMELY SLOW. Only one guy doing everything...taking orders, taking payments, cooking all the food.

Great people, greater atmosphere, brilliant food. Love sauce is the best! Mix in live music and a few drinks and you'll be ready to come back to the Love Shack!!!

Fun outdoor place for burgers and fries. Our food took a long time to be made, even though they weren't busy. Without being prompted, the staff offered to comp additional drinks to make up for the long wait.

Went here for the first time this past weekend with my husband and parents that were in town. We tried the burger, grilled chicken sandwich, chili Parmesan chips, guacamole, fries, and onion rings. Everything was great! Live music & friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Just walking around downtown and happened soon this great place. Walk thru the gates and there are a good amount of picnic tables and other tables. Go to the left to order your food and beverage. They have a stage for live entertainment. Today there was a young lady singing some country tunes. The menu small but effective. I asked what the best thing was and the cook quickly said the burger. So, I got that and some fries. They delivered in a Love Shack paper bag. The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. Maybe a touch too much salt was used but that didn't stop me from eating it all. My favorite fries are from McDonalds when the are hot, salty, greasy and floppy. There might be a new champ in my belly. These were slice thin with the skin still on them. They also had all the attributes I love in a fry. I think that they were fresh and not frozen like McDonald's is what makes them the winner. Great place to hang out and enjoy the outside, a beer, a burger and good company.

This place was recommended by another establishment nearby so our group stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite to eat before getting back on the road. The atmosphere is a different experience for me. It's all outside! Unfortunately it was drizzling, so it wasn't the most comfortable place to be as there didn't seem to be anywhere to find cover. Luckily, the rain wasn't bad so we were still able to stand outside as our orders were being cooked. It was a bit chilly that day so the crew kindly set us up with their fire pit for warmth, and that helped quite a bit. What a friendly team! Very upbeat and outgoing. And they had live music on their outdoor stage. What a treat! I ordered the Love Bird based on the description they gave me about how it would taste. It was AMAZING! The “love sauce” they said would taste sooooo good...well, they were not exaggerating! I'm not usually a huge fan of messy food so I don't order sandwiches or burgers much, but after the first bite, I didn't mind digging in and wished the flavor sensation would last forever. I'm pretty sure I was trying to find every last morsel in the to go wrapper! I definitely enjoyed my meal and was grateful for the recommendation.

Could be great with a lot less salt and pepper on both the fries and burger! (But seriously, say "easy on the salt and pepper on the burger and fries.")

Going to keep this one simple. You will not find a better old school type burger at this price point in Knoxville. The $5.00 burger puts most $13 burgers to shame. Reminds me a little of In-N Out, but these guys have better fries.
