Staff working were super nice, helped me with my special request and everything came out fast and awesome!! Only 2nd time I have been here and next time I’m in TN, I will be back for sure.
I ordered Noodles & Company for lunch today via UberEats. I ordered a pasta dish and a SmartWater. Upon receiving my order, I noticed on the receipt that they had made a note they were out of SmartWater and apologized. Instead, they gave me 2 bottles of Dasani water and a free (quite large) rice crispy treat with ANOTHER note apologizing for being out of SmartWater. Thanks for the kind customer service and yummy lunch, Noodles & Company!
