Everything was absolutely fresh. Not one wilted corner, not 1 piece of veg. That wasn't crispy where the consistency of fresh Gabriel gabriel was fantastic, cordial, knowledgeable clean. It was only by accident that I discovered This place amongst hundreds of other tiny little places.

Food was only ok, had a ramen bowl, chicken was very low quality. Broth was good, other ingredients were only ok, some were still cold like egg. Price was a little high for serving size. There are much better places to get ramen in Knoxville.
