An amazing tasting experience. We had a great time with Ron who was very knowledgeable and eager to share all there is about the spirits. The tasting was allencompassing and we found the variety of spirits very enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone in Knoxville to come and do a tasting/tour.
I really want to love this place. I can't think of another local distillery I've been to that creates almost every classic liquor genre. The alpino and wormwood are particularly good and the fernet is very memorable. Not everything quite works of course, and the gins and whisky contain a fusel oil or other distillation byproduct I find noticeably distracting.
