“There are many fitness centers in this area, and many of us enjoy stopping for a smoothie after an early morning workout. On one occasion, the store was open and employees were inside, but I was not acknowledged at the speaker. Additionally, there have been times when only one employee was working. The employee was very friendly and provided great service; however, managing the volume alone—especially on busy mornings like Fridays when the line extends to the road—seems overwhelming for one person.
The smoothies are excellent, but improving staffing levels and scheduling additional team members during peak hours would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.“

“Oh my goodness! Smoothie King on Kingston Pike in the shopping plaza right behind the car wash is the absolute best one I've ever experienced! I’ve been a customer for yearsssss!! This is my FAVORITE location! The staff here is always courteous, polite, and friendly. Kevin and the rest of the team there are always on point! Im the type of customer who has a lot of outlandish requests, and they always get it right!! Every time! I love the team here.
