App and google says dine in open, I come in everything is closed, they were very short staffed (not exactly their fault) but the wait time with me being the only one in store was about 20/+ minutes, I know they were busy but they definitely need to get it together, there are 10 Starbucks in a 3 mile radius but I chose this one because it was closer to my hotel and I was walking; there are 3-4 others within a half mile so next time maybe not going to this location
Avoid this Starbucks at all cost. They accepted payment via the app but closed the doors to make only the drive-thru accessible. They refused to open the doors or a refund my money unless I drove through the drive-thru, which was backed up 50yds into the road. They would not answer the phone. They were not understanding to the time issues for their customers hence the use of the app! It is used to avoid the drive-thru. They stole my money and wasted food.
