Taco Bell in Knoxville

“basically the best taco bell ever pretty much. literally can't get better taco bell anywhere else. also the service is impeccable

Dietary restrictions: can make items "fresco" for those who don't eat dairy, it substitutes dairy items for pico de gallo.“

“I don't do taco bell usually because they either mess up the order, the place is dirty, or that staff are unprofessional, however I will be going here anytime I want taco bell! The staff was very professional and welcoming, the food was awesome, and the building was spotless!“

“Absolutely the best tacobell in knoxville, not even a challenge for these other taco bell’s, everytime i go here i am greeted by 2 of the same people each time, 2 younger males they have the sweetest smile each time! The food is always on point and i never have a issue. DEFINITELY recommend this tacobell. I usually go around 6-8pm and am served very well. The new and improved dining room is great, big room and comfortable quiet eating space.“

“Food and Service is top notch at this place. Staff was mind blowing considering it's a taco bell, so kind and hard working. Only downfall is the homeless that comes in and out constantly to go to the bathroom and do drugs or make a mess. Unfortunately staff can't say anything“

“I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat and use the restroom. I’m not from here. I’m just passing through. I was very amazed at how clean the restaurant was. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and quick service. The food was excellent and was made just as I requested it. I have to get certain modifications on my order and they did excellent with accommodating that. The wait time was super great. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location if you’re local to the area or just passing through. You wont regret it.“

“Very good service. Attentive, pleasant, and friendly. Helpful staff; employees are very nice to customers. Everyone seems to enjoy being at work, which creates a very nice atmosphere. Food was accurately prepared as ordered. Custom orders are usually not prepared correctly at other Taco Bell restaurants, so that was very much appreciated!“

“4 star's because it's a Taco Bell and everyone knows that you aren't getting a fine dining experience, but even then the food is only sometimes correct via mobile order and the waitstaff is focused on being quick, not friendly.“

“We had a very well prepared meal but the service was very hit and miss so to speak. After a while, we realized that they had misplaced our order, and it ended up taking almost thirty minutes to receive it when it should have been no longer than ten.
The void was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean.
They need to be more efficient where service is concerned.
