“I don't do taco bell usually because they either mess up the order, the place is dirty, or that staff are unprofessional, however I will be going here anytime I want taco bell! The staff was very professional and welcoming, the food was awesome, and the building was spotless!“

“1230am and I am craving a Pepsi so I hit up Taco Bell (and also got the munchies so got food 💅), the guys working just now were awesome. They all seemed cheerful, funny... not something you get everyday with customer service roles but they seemed full of spirit. 🙌

“The Lunch crew was definitely put to the test yesterday with a group of 30 sixth graders—and they were absolutely amazing! Patty was so kind, patient, and helpful with our students, and everyone went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. We truly appreciate all of your help, patience, and hospitality. “I have to give a compliment to the crew that’s working tonight. Cars are wrapped all the way around the building. I have placed a pick up order sometime before 7 o’clock and I got there and was in line maybe until 745 and left a little bit after eight but my food was done correctly was fresh and hot despite the fact that the whole team was under rush. The team that’s working tonight is the team that needs to work there all the time because they got it together!“

“Thank you guys so much for doing your job. Millertown is across the way from our apartment and we are constantly disappointed by them. They never get our order correct and the quality of the food is awful. We had our order Doordashed at about 5:15 AM today. The whole order was perfect, and everything was packed so neatly. It took me back to the 90's. Thanks for caring about the quality of your work.“

“My husband picked up our order tonight and was impressed by how on top of everything and friendly everyone was. So much so that he didn't check the order. Unfortunately, he should have. We had an item missing, so he called to let them know and, though it was an inconvenience to have to drive back out, the manager on duty more than made up for the mistake. She took ownership, apologized, and happily made up for it. It's rare to receive actual customer service these days, so we're even more impressed. Thank you all for your hard work and for having accountability when a mistake occurred! You can really tell when place takes pride in their work and it makes becoming a return customer an easy decision. We will gladly choose this location in the future! Thank you all again! 🫶“

“When that Taco Bell craving hits, I drive out of my way to go to this particular Taco Bell. They are efficient, clean, and kind. Their drive thru card reader doesn’t ask you any questions either! Highly recommend this location. Your team does a great job!“

“The lady running the cash register was so kind and friendly she offered to give me and my wife a cup of hot water so we could warm up a bottle of formal for our baby while we were waiting for our food to get ready so kind of her loved the service“

“Food and Service is top notch at this place. Staff was mind blowing considering it's a taco bell, so kind and hard working. Only downfall is the homeless that comes in and out constantly to go to the bathroom and do drugs or make a mess. Unfortunately staff can't say anything“

“Came in 5/1/26 midnight and the drive through was closed due to delivery so I went inside the store. It was very clean in there. When I entered the young man working the cash register was super friendly to guests and was a hard worker. I got a value combo with 1 burrito , 1 chalupa and 1 crunch taco with a large Baja blast and cinny twists for under 9 usd. Pretty good but the main reason I write this review is for the service provided by the young man. And how efficient everyone was despite it being past midnight.“

“I had a pretty good experience here. The food came out fresh and the portions were decent for the price. I ordered a burger and fries, and everything was hot and tasted better than I expected. The staff was friendly and got my order right without any issues. It was a little busy when I went, but the wait wasnt too bad. The restaurant itself was clean and had a casual atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just a solid place to grab a quick meal when you dont want to spend alot. I’d definitely consider coming back again.“

“This was a little strange to me maybe only because I'm old fashioned or maybe because I'm just not used to all this technology taken over everything but I was a little surprised when I went through and was going to order but it wasn't a person taking my order it was an AI and it just makes it feel impersonal and she doesn't quite understand when you make alterations to your menu items it may take her a time or two. What happened to good old-fashioned person just asking if they can take your order?“
