“I don't have a lot of experience with Waffle House, being from the north, however, I've been here twice now and love it. The throw back feel is lovely, the hustle and bustle, the simple menu, the waffles. It isn't high class food because it's not meant to be- it is simple and comforting, exactly what I would expect.“
“There's something special about waffle House. It's more than the sum of its parts. Yes the food is just average yes it's loud Yes it's crowded. But all of that adds up and gives it its charm. Prices are extremely reasonable. We've never had bad service. we've never had slow service. we've never had bad food. we've never had a long wait we've never had anything negative here. And we come once a week. It's like breakfast + a show.“
“The food here is awesome!! Who doesn't love breakfast food? The server's are a wonderful group of down to earth men and women who genuinely love what they are doing, and it shows in their work. The atmosphere is a throwback to a time when family, food, and communion meant something. Tell em that Caesar sent you ?“
“I was there yesterday. I noticed one of the cooks came from the back and was handling money. The cook didn't wash their hands and proceeded to cook and touch food while I sat there watching. After some time went by the cook finally put gloves on. I don't want anyone in trouble. Just remind them about hand washing procedures.“
“Chesley the server was very helpful! I had to charge my phone to drive for another 3 hours. She not only helped me with that but also very patient in taking orders and was quick with her service. She seems to have a great attitude and always smiling! ?“
“One of the best Waffle Houses in East TN. I drive Uber, and often don't have a lot of options when my hours extend into the early a.m. The crew working tonight were great. My food (a To-Go) was hot, exactly as I ordered it - down to including flatware and hot sauce in the bag. Alana was my cashier, and she was friendly and efficient; and her other 2 coworkers were just the same.Highly recommend.“
“Passing through from Ohio to florida. My fiance and I stopped here for an early 4am breakfastand are so glad we did. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was cooked perfectly. Big shout out to the cook David! Great service by the waitress and waiter thanks waffle house. Pleasant local conversation and helpful tips for the road. Definitely worth the stop“
“I was told this is the oldest still running Waffle House.Staff was excellent. I forget the name of the man who served me on a Sunday morning, but he was super attentive and enjoyable to talk to. My coffee never got far below half. I hope he quickly recovers from his skateboard incident.Food was Waffle House. Which to say, very enjoyable but nothing surprising. And that's a good thing.A fantastic place to stop on your way through. I was heading north on I75. Very conveniently located from the freeway.Stop in and get your grub on!Parking: Simple lot belonging to Waffle House. Easy to access and most spots are close to the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on the ground level with a ramp in the sidewalk“
“This is hands down the best WF I have been to. Super clean. Everyone in uniform. And professional. The line cook who was on, was busy, but her quality of food was great. But MVP goes to Cholee. Super nice. Calls the menu you in a radio announcer tone. Her customer service was above and beyond. The rest of the team worked well. Great job everyone!“
