Wendy's in Knoxville

“I usually don't eat fast food. It's probably been 2 years since I've had Wendy's due to the burger being nearly raw. I gave it a try today, and it was cooked through and actually tasted better than expected. If I'm ever in the mood for fast food, Wendy's will probably be where I go.“

“Some of the chicken in my Cobb salad was as dry and chewy as jerky. That aside the service was excellent and over all the food was good with the one exception. The burgers were huge and filling at an affordable price especially compared to others having self-proclaimed noble titles and jesters of the burger world. 🤡👑“

“People have their own opinions but I honeslty love this Wendy’s. I frequently visit pretty late at night, most times 10-20 minutes to closing and it’s hot, fresh food. The employees are never mad at me and it feels like there’s a good bit of mutual respect although i am coming so late in the evening. As someone who’s done night shift especially these late of ones, i really do appreciate having a good meal and good people to talk to“

“The person taking my order did his job great. But the preparer did not. I specifically asked for original chicken for the Asiago sandwich and was given the spicy. I was so hungry and didn't see it until I felt it! I'm allergic to spicy! My tongue hurt pretty bad. The manager came out and gave me a frosty to rectify. It took a bit before I was able to eat the corrected sandwich.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but whoever was working today, great job! I thought I heard while being nosey they said there was only two of them there as they were thanking people for being patient (I could be wrong) . But, if there were only two of them, they handled it so well! Very pleasant experience and I never mind waiting if places are short staffed. Knock out job though! Order was correct and fresh, and they were extremely pleasant!“

“On trip to Knoxville Tennessee, we couldn't find any Muslim Halal food restaurant near by our hotel. As we are boycotting McD, Burger King. we decided to have a fish sandwich at Wendy's. It took about 7-8 minutes to have our meal cooked. The fish sandwich was hot and done well. Fry's were ok. As there were no customers,Service was great and courteous.
Diet coke was a bit flat from the dispenser . Place was neat and clean.“

“Excellent. From ordering to food to tables. The restaurant was super clean and it was lunch time. Long line but it moved fast. The food was hot and delicious. The employee was wiping down tables and straightening up. Very nice ladies working, too. Such a nice change of pace compared to teenagers that act like they're doing you a favor! Thanks!!“

“Hello Everyone I Went To This Location Today To Get Some Food For Me And My Husband got him a seven dollar biggie bag and a taco salad for myself. Went to check the balance on my card realized I didn’t have enough Mind you my balance was $21 and something cents told the cashier to please take out the taco salad and tell me my balance she told me and it was $8 dollars and some cents So I told her OK gave her my card paid the $8 dollars and something cents. What she did next surprised me, she wind it up, giving me the taco salad no charge just here. This place has a lot of amazing people working there and I was thankful the surprised Cause I Was Having A Very Bad And Crappy Day“

“I'm in love with pumpkin so the pumpkin frosty gets me whenever the season is in. The drive thru is always slow, I recommend you go inside its quicker. But the customer service is always good so I guess you kind of let the slow service slide.“

“I used to love this place. Tonight, I put in an online order. Pretty big order. 5 sandwiches, 1 wrap, 1 nugget, 3 Large Fries, 3 Large chocolate frosty's. After heading me my bags of food, he asks me if I had drinks. I stated, "Yes! 3 Large chocolate frosty's." then he tells me he only has vanilla. I agreed to take it. gave me 2 large vanilla, 1 med. but as they were making the frosty's he asked me to pull up. I did. I checked my food. I was missing the grilled chicken sandwich. He brings me my frosty's and I tell him what we are missing. He leaves and comes back with a sandwich. Thinking it was a simple forgot to put it in the bag. I didn't check it. Get home and realized it was a spicy chicken sandwich. Not my grilled. I just seems this restaurant has gone downhill quick.“

“Actually had a flat tire so i walked across street and down road a minute and ordered some food then was asking if there was a tire place close when lady said one of workers could take me to my car and take tire off and go get a new one and bring it back and put good one on. Very satisfied in saying there are still few good unselfish people in our world!! Thanks tina and Derek!!“

“We go to Wendy's on Merchant's drive often for a Burger and a Potato. Half the time, the staff are rude but the other half the time they are friendly. Its not often that they run out of menu items during the days and nights that we go, but it does happen. Normally the food is good but not always. My Girlfriend likes the Pumpkin Spice frosty.

Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein diet so they were able to Accommodate for my needs sometimes, depending if they are out of it or not.“

“I placed my order in the drive thru on September 18, 2024 between 8:30pm and 9pm. They messed up the order, but when I called, the manager was very polite, even though I was upset, she remained calm and showed a willingness to fix the problem. I respect her professionalism while dealing with my issue. Even though I did not want to drive back over there after a 10 hour shift at work, I did. The manager fixed the problem and the young cashier working drive thru apologized for the incident too. Both of them were professional and did fix the mistake. Thank you for fixing my problem in a respectful, professional manner.“

“I came inside because the drive thru was busy. When I came in the place was super clean ! And the manger was amazing !! I know it’s hard in fast food lately but I can say she was so amazing ! There was some people doing something crazy in the Lobby she knew I had kids and she told the individuals that were causing trouble to leave since what they were doing wasn’t appropriate. I just want to say not all hero’s wear capes. I don’t want to detail what the individuals were doing but I will say she is great manager and deserves her praises ! Thank you Arjanae for being so sweet !!!“
