Wendy's in Knoxville

“Kim and Timmy were amazing. I always order a spicy only mayo and add extra, extra pickles. Timmy verified that I wanted extra extra and I said yes. He told me he was going to put what he felt comfortable with but he would give me a small container with some more in it. Which worked out perfect. Then our fries were the best fries I’ve ever eaten from Wendy’s. They were crispy and usually whithin a few minutes they usually are not good. But these were different.“

“Staff is super friendly always, I rarely have issues here! But there is A woman working Night Shift who I think tries to steal change??? I had to repeatedly ask her for my ones back When I stopped to get my boyfriend food after work.. She’ll give me my change back, but not my dollar bills.. Anyways, staff is still super awesome and would recommend!!!“

“This Wendy's is the only location in Knoxville that serves a good quality hamburger. I eat there once a week on Saturday and the hamburger is prepared correctly. They never burn the meat like other locations. Please continue to serve only fresh cooked meat ( not burned ).“

“I went there and got a double big bacon classic meal large with a Dr pepper. My wife got a double mushroom Swiss meal large with a diet coke and it was the best meal I've ever bought from any Wendy's period. The fries were so hot and fresh you had to blow on them to eat them and they were salted to perfection. The burger I ordered was amazing. The near was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The veggies were crispy and the bun was soft. I am extremely impressed with the food and the service. The guy at the window was super friendly and professional and it means a lot for me to leave a good review because I expect good food and service from restaurants but I really feel as if this Wendy's went above and beyond tonight. Thank you Wendy's!!!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but whoever was working today, great job! I thought I heard while being nosey they said there was only two of them there as they were thanking people for being patient (I could be wrong) . But, if there were only two of them, they handled it so well! Very pleasant experience and I never mind waiting if places are short staffed. Knock out job though! Order was correct and fresh, and they were extremely pleasant!“

“The person taking my order did his job great. But the preparer did not. I specifically asked for original chicken for the Asiago sandwich and was given the spicy. I was so hungry and didn't see it until I felt it! I'm allergic to spicy! My tongue hurt pretty bad. The manager came out and gave me a frosty to rectify. It took a bit before I was able to eat the corrected sandwich.“

“I always go through a Wendy's to get the chicken parm salad when I want something light. And this location did the cutest thing, the wrapped up the fork and knife in a few napkins and put the dressing and croutons in a little bag so that everything wasnt thrown all over the take out bag. It was a clever little way to add detail. Alot of the other locations I've been to seem to have used a blindfold when constructing this order. Also, the chicken was hot and the salad was chilled. Thanks guys!“

“I went thru the drive thru around 4:30pm. I got the Dave's Double with fries. My hamburger was freshly cooked and was very good. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the fries. They had very salt on them and they were luke warm and soft. They got my order correct and out in a timely fashion. Other than the fries, I had a good experience.“

“I met the District Manager, Matt today while the register was having a technical error. Matt and Kenny are amazing!

I was having a rough day, had a very bad coffee that was made for me at McDonalds, and desperately Craved a coffee. After saying briefly that I’ve had a “Not so Great Day”, Matt completely tapped into his Humanity and was Gracious enough to Have a heart. He decided to give me my Cold Brew Coffee and the 6 piece Chicken nuggets for free. So Very Sensitive!! I’m pregnant, emotional, and almost started crying in the drive thru at His Generosity. Thank you for making my Day better and being who you are. Stupendous Character.

“Quick food grab while traveling... Got their new breakfast burrito and was pleasantly surprised by both the size and quality. It definitely was not the typical two bite burrito you get at other places. Funny thing is the order was wrong when we pulled out the items from our bag... Instead of the bacon burrito there was a sausage one... Plus an extra burrito was also in the bag. I guess that made up for it. Lol. Overall a good experience.“

“We go to Wendy's on Merchant's drive often for a Burger and a Potato. Half the time, the staff are rude but the other half the time they are friendly. Its not often that they run out of menu items during the days and nights that we go, but it does happen. Normally the food is good but not always. My Girlfriend likes the Pumpkin Spice frosty.

Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein diet so they were able to Accommodate for my needs sometimes, depending if they are out of it or not.“

“Went through the drive through. Nuggets were cooking a little longer than expected m. TESSA!! Made me feel so welcomed, made sure I had everything I needed!!! Love her, usually hate Wendy’s but when customer service is good it’s unmatched!!!“

“I used to love this place. Tonight, I put in an online order. Pretty big order. 5 sandwiches, 1 wrap, 1 nugget, 3 Large Fries, 3 Large chocolate frosty's. After heading me my bags of food, he asks me if I had drinks. I stated, "Yes! 3 Large chocolate frosty's." then he tells me he only has vanilla. I agreed to take it. gave me 2 large vanilla, 1 med. but as they were making the frosty's he asked me to pull up. I did. I checked my food. I was missing the grilled chicken sandwich. He brings me my frosty's and I tell him what we are missing. He leaves and comes back with a sandwich. Thinking it was a simple forgot to put it in the bag. I didn't check it. Get home and realized it was a spicy chicken sandwich. Not my grilled. I just seems this restaurant has gone downhill quick.“

“I came inside because the drive thru was busy. When I came in the place was super clean ! And the manger was amazing !! I know it’s hard in fast food lately but I can say she was so amazing ! There was some people doing something crazy in the Lobby she knew I had kids and she told the individuals that were causing trouble to leave since what they were doing wasn’t appropriate. I just want to say not all hero’s wear capes. I don’t want to detail what the individuals were doing but I will say she is great manager and deserves her praises ! Thank you Arjanae for being so sweet !!!“
