Wendy's on Merchant's drive provides a mix of experiences. The restaurant is known for its clean environment and fresh food, making it a favorite for some customers. The staff can be friendly and attentive, especially during the day shift when orders are typically hot and fresh. However, the evening shift has been noted for poor food quality, with orders often incorrect and fries being soggy. One reviewer pointed out that the inside could use more frequent cleaning, especially the tables, and mentioned the need for repairs to the restroom handle. While the Pumpkin Spice Frosty remains a customer favorite, some menu items, like the new egg bacon cheese muffin, have received negative feedback. Parking could use improvement, and wheelchair accessibility may be challenging. Despite these issues, the restaurant tries to accommodate dietary needs like a High Protein diet when possible.
