Absolutely terrible service.??Used the drive thru at approximately 11:00 pm.The cashier could not scan my QR code and refused to ask for helpPlus they never gave us all the food ordered even though they were asked if we had everything before we drove off.This is the Wendy's on Merchant next to the McDonalds.If less than one star was possible that's what this Wendy's would get.They won't answer the phone either!
Struggled to get someone to speak English to me for the morning shift. Went inside and the floor was sticky and my sneakers were sticking to the floor. Saw people handling food with their bare hands. The same employee dropped my mobile order on the counter without saying a word. Definitly not a friendly location.

Worst fast food ever. All workers are Hispanic, and that's fine but they don't speak good English. So they can communicate with you. Nothing was made correct. No straws in the bag. Forgot a fry, forgot bbq sauce and much more. Avoid this place at all costs.
