“We had the best experience with a pick up order from Panera. We picked up our order and got home when we realized we were missing a sand which. I called and the store and the person who I talked to (I believe the manager) was apologetic and comped our entire meal. They also gave us a free meal coupon. It was disappointing to come back home before realizing, but they truly made the experience amazing and made up for the simple mistake!“
