They gave me 12 donut holes when I ordered 10. I’m in awe.
The lady who took our order was incredibly rude and barely spoke to us. She made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her. I will say the young lady bringing out the muffins was a joy to be around and you could tell she actually enjoyed her job.
This was our first time visiting this DD location in Lebanon and had a pretty poor experience overall. Although the quality of the donuts were satisfactory, the atmosphere was atrocious! One of the tables and chairs the four of us sat on had to be wiped off a few times due to previous customer had an sugary soda explosion! I mean the entire table, all the chairs and at least 1/3 of the floor were covered in sticky sugar from the soda. We sat at this table for almost 2 hours...read full review

Dunkin' is a welcoming spot with friendly baristas who greet customers with smiles. The coffee is excellent, with the iced caramel coffee and sweet tea being standouts. Service is typically great. The food is always fresh and soo good. This Dunkin is the best in town. The staff and manager make all the difference for the customer, keeping everyone on pace with positive feedback. It is quick and efficient. The establishment accepts tips. The restaurant remains a popular spot for coffee and breakfast sandwiches.
