Tenn Lakes is family friendly and our children have always been welcomed.Great beer, amazing pizzas, and the staff is second to none. “The food and smoothies are always made correctly and somewhat quickly. The only thing that makes me not give 5 stars is the attitude of the employees. I understand it can be tiring to have a peppy attitude and a smile all day (I have worked in both retail and the food industry myself), but when a mistake is made, or an employee drops the money you give them on the ground outside, (just happened to me) you would expect an apology….. At least that’s what I would do personally. Also, using common manners like saying please and thank you don’t tend to be used here, at least not when I have come. I understand this is probably not your dream job, but when you work in customer service those are just things customers expect and appreciate. I only lost a little bit of money today due to the man’s mistake, but it bothered me that he didn’t bother to apologize.“

“We love Chick-fil-A, but this place compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants can be slower & less organized at times. We aren't sure what the biggest difference is but it's definitely less efficient than most We go to lately.“
