A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Traveled from Atlanta and found this gem through TikTok . The food was absolutely amazing! Cooked fresh! Nothing is premade and you can taste the difference. It was Piping hot juicy and flavorful! Oh so delicious! The owners/staff were excellent, we talked about life, travel, and culture. Definitely the best place we have tried. This is the best location! We were so happy with the food we went back the next day, and the quality was still the same! We are back a couple weeks later with the family and we will surely be going back to our new favorite spot!“

“Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

I really enjoy the menu and I’m always looking for new things to try even though I usually order the Mango Habanero chicken fries or something similar from that menu! “I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

“ordered a kids meal but they wouldn't let me substitute the fries for coleslaw, which meant I had to buy the coleslaw on the side. Not ideal but not the end of the world.

Chicken: 7/10, maybe even 6.5/10. Very juicy and crunchy, but not much flavor in the batter
Coleslaw: 9/10. This is what coleslaw should taste like! Vinegar based, not too sweet, awesome. Would be better if it were shredded cabbage instead of chopped.
Chicken and coleslaw: 8/10. The coleslaw pairs soo well but the chicken just needs more flavor. .

“This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“
