Dezzy was great, friendly, with a smile. She made my order quickly and just right for my road trip. I was headed out of town mid day and said I would complete the survey. Well I missed the timeframe due to my trip distance and busyness. The dunkin site wouldn't let me tell about my visit, so making sure I get to leave review for her and the location. Thank you for the pleasant encounter and making my caramel coffee just the way I love it.

Service can be a little slow, but I keep coming back for the seasonal frozen coffees because they’re SO good! I tried their newest one today, the Creepy Crawler Coffee Chiller, and it did not disappoint. So good! 🕷☕ I’ll put up with the wait for these seasonal drinks!
The iced tea sometimes has a coffee aftertaste so I end up not drinking it. And when this one woman works the drive thru my order always gets messed up. Today she handed me someone else's order and unfortunately I didn't check it until I got to work so I am at fault there, but I also feel like it's not my job to make sure they are doing their job correctly.

Dunkin' is a popular spot for many, serving up a variety of food and drinks. The Original blend coffee and apple fritter are some of the favorites. The donuts are fresh and tasted great. The drive-thru has been renovated with a separate lane for mobile orders, although some find it confusing because only the left lane has a speaker. The location seems a bit more modern than most other locations. Service was quick and the staff were pleasant. The hot chocolate is rich and creamy. There is a lack of shaded parking areas for customers who want to dine in, but the lot has a dozen or so spots up front and more in the back. This location offers plenty of gluten free, kosher, and vegetarian options.
