The manager is so rude. I know its a busy store but once its 20 minutes past my order pick up time, I think its reasonable to politely ask about it just in case it was lost in the system or something, but she snapped at me saying that if it were ready, Id see my name and pointed at the screens that show customers names as she rolled her eyes right in front of my face.
When a person walks in and asks for a crazy bread with extra extra parm you don't take a bread from the warm box that has been sitting there all day and take it to the back to slather it in more butter and add parm for it to fall off in the bag and be cold you make it fresh. Yes I walked out of the store without the food and without paying for it that's just disgusting
May update later but if your slogan is hot and ready then you better be hot and ready lol. 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza was not worth the wait.
