When a person walks in and asks for a crazy bread with extra extra parm you don't take a bread from the warm box that has been sitting there all day and take it to the back to slather it in more butter and add parm for it to fall off in the bag and be cold you make it fresh. Yes I walked out of the store without the food and without paying for it that's just disgusting
May update later but if your slogan is hot and ready then you better be hot and ready lol. 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza was not worth the wait.
Great place for the pizza, I'm always satisfied.
