We went there last night. Food was horrible. Steak was like leather totally not edible. ribs were hard as a brick. My daughter got Mac and cheese she said it taste like garbage. And our server we had to ask for silver ware. repeatedly had to ask for stuff. and no drink refills. So it was almost 50.00 down the drain. no manager in site.
My husband and I ate there today for lunch. The food was fresh and tasty! Staff were all super nice and friendly. Our server was Donna at the Maryville location who was exceptionally nice and attentive to us. She was awesome, and provided service to us that was "above and beyond" our expectations! While we LOVE all Shoney's locations, we highly recommend this location!
....My husband Frank and I eat at this Stoney’s (2) times a week, would like very much for your management to recognize a gentleman by the name of Travis Garland for his work ethics,he keeps the food bar clean and very fresh, give this gentleman some recognition.......
