I purchased ice cream last night at this location. Grab the bag and put it right in the freezer. I go to eat the ice cream and realized it was cookies and cream. A flavor I do not eat. So I called to speak with a manager and she stated I needed a receipt and that they ask every customer do they want a receipt. Staff was HORRIBLE to me. My hand is broken, so I asked for a drink holder because the drink spiked when she handed it to me.
She said they overfill it and that’s why. So I asked why not out on the regular lid? No answer. Ignoring me.
As soon as I drive even 5 mph to the other side I’d the parking lot. The drink tumbled over in my brand new car and absolutely ruined the carpet on that side.
