My wife and i were on a date night, and we had dined at C&M before and really enjoyed our dining experience. Was looking forward to enjoying a nice ribeye meal, but alas, that wasn’t to be last night. First of all, I don’t like having my steak served already sliced into strips … mainly because the meat will immediately begin to lose temperature throughout the steak.
