Chipotle Mexican Grill in Memphis

“I did an online pickup order. The order was on time and my food was perfect! The ingredients are fresh and everything i asked for on my burrito was there in every bite (evenly distributed ingredients, not lumped on 1 side). This place cares about quality!“

“I'm writing this review because, in my opinion, they've really tried hard to improve, and the results are paying off. On my first visit months ago, I'd have to say the place was pretty chaotic - food everywhere, the place needed cleaning, and they often ran out of things. While they're not perfect, the place is cleaner and the food quality is better. Good job to the staff at this Chipotle. I'll be going back.“

“The young guy that works on the line fixing orders was not polite at all he was very arrogant and rude one of the other workers came and said I'll finish it he could see what was happening after he finished my bowl the rude young man said I got her and rung my order up first told me my order was 20$ I asked did you say 20 because im holding a 20 in my hand cause I just got a chicken bowl the then he said 12 something I passed the money he snatched it dropped my change in my hand never handed me my bag I just picked it up and walked out I will not return to this location long as the guy with the twigs on his head works there he is bad for buisness.“
