Fannie Lou's is a top-tier gem of a chicken establishment. My table had the chicken wings as well as chicken n waffles, and both were remarkable. Cooked well, garnished to perfection, and served with attention to detail. We also had a couple slices of cheesecake to go, and can't recommend enough as well.

There is only outdoor seating. Would recommend dine-in for warmer months and take-out for cooler days.

This was our first time here and it was delicious! The presentation, the flavors, and the service was 10/10. We didn’t try any desserts this time, but they all looked amazing in the display. We’re looking forward to more visits for the times when we’re craving something sweet and savory. If you haven’t been definitely stop by.

I got the pecan paline crusted chicken 🐔 tenders with the waffle.i was honestly thinking the location was moreso, North Memphis but this location is actually down town. The tenders had a nice glaze to them that complemented the crispness. The waffle was cool. He did not have any sides on this particular day. Before really thoroughly observing the location I would say $24 is way to much for 3 tenders and a plate sized waffle.After paying and briefly walking around the...
