I made my inaugural visit to Fannie Lou's Gourmet Chicken & Waffles tonight. The chicken was AMAZING and the mango cheesecake blessed my spirit! I will definitely visit again!
The chicken was so juicy with the perfect seasoning. Paired extremely well with the waffles and served with butter and syrup on the side with a pepper and onion garnish. I've lived in memphis 38 years and never had chicken this good.
Nice little place, we chose to sit outside due to the place its self was small and tight. The cashier wasn't as friendly, but sometimes ppl don't mean anything by it it's just their nature. I got the waffle and wings. My son got the party wings and Mac and cheese. The waffle and wings( nice size wings) was superb, although I was kinda of skeptical about onions and peppers topping my waffle. It was more appetizing than I expected. My son got the lemon pepper wings...
