“Had trouble getting the bread selection on in-store online order and a young man placing an order tapped the selection for me. We had a conversation while waiting and made the experience very enjoyable. Firehouse is a cozy friendly place not just to interact with staff to get order.“

“When I placed order; it was not put in as requested. I went to counter where they were making orders to let them know I was greeted by young lady who immediately let staff member who was on my order know. The young man came out and asked me about all my items to make sure they were all correct. These two team members (they really were outstanding, went the extra mile to do the best)really impressed me with professionalism, courteous service and a friendly smiling face; I had to give a HUGE thank you to them. Young workers were SO awesome!“

“It was almost time for them to close, but luckily I was able to get me and my daughter some sandwiches to eat. I was greeted so nicely as we walked in and they were ready to serve us. I had never been to this location before and didn't know if we were going to like the experience of trying a different location because we always go to the Union location and we absolutely love that location.
