This hotel is great, particularly for Memphis, where (unfortunately) everything is a bit run-down. The room was mostly clean, the shower did appear to have some green in the corners, but it was overall acceptable. It is a little older and decorated in a way that transports you back to the glory days of Memphis. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Close to everything I wanted to see and places I wanted to go. No microwaves in the room. No ice machines or vending machines on the floors. Have to go to lobby and ask for ice and buy high priced drinks, water and snacks, bring your own.

The hotel has a boutique style feel. The staff are great and the service is always with a smile. I love to ask which is the best floor, for what I desire, and the 16th was suggested ???? The breakfast is buffet with eggs, bacon, hash browns, muffins, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and milk. It’s in the heart of Downtown and a Walgreens is in walking distance. You go out the front and it’s directly to your right. You will love it!!
