So i go here a lot for lunch very regularly i always get the same thing, the food is not the issue, the food is great, the problem was today i had asked for an extra pickle, and i have no pickles at all. Seems little but thats one of the best things here and im just very disappointed in this. And my sandwich is not even sliced in half either so theres that. Just seems like the cook didnt try. I get people have bad days but this is still bad service.
My favorite McAlisters!! Food is always on point!! Servers, especially Tyler is always super friendly, helpful, and has a smile!! They are all eager to work and care about their job!!!
Went in multiple times over the past few weeks and I must say, Alexis and Zy are top tier! They offer outstanding customer service! Alexis made it a point to make sure the customers got everything they needed, and when things weren’t going at an efficient manner she made sure to have her manager help assist her kitchen with the busy rush while giving people updates the entire time. While doing all of this Zy made sure to keep a very clean large dining room area the entire time...
