The customer service here is really, really poor. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to put an inscription on a cake before I gave up and left. I left a comment about the poor customer service elsewhere on their social media, and it was promptly deleted with no response or apology. It took less time for them to delete the comment than it did to write on the cake.
Their cupcakes are so fresh and taste so good
Not only are their treats amazingly delicious but their staff is also amazing! So kind! So thoughtful and accommodating! Thank you to the lady who waited on me tonight! I stopped by early to pick up my pre-order of Pumpkin D’Light cupcakes for my work potluck tomorrow. Not only was I able to pick up my order but I was also able to pick up a couple of my FAVORITE cupcakes (TomBoy).
