“I had a very good experience. The parking lot, landscape was clean, the restroom and lobby also. Destiny who took my order which is an assistant manager was very professional and friendly. She's always pleasant and in a great mood. The food was hot ? fresh and tasted great. This was a outstanding visit at the Popeyes on Winchester Road today.
Kid-friendliness: Great selection for kids also.

“So I went up there today at 5:20 an we came to order food an then we ask for drinks an my friend sed he wanted a Suger cane an the man sed "I DONT KNOW WHAT THT IS" ????? so when we waited an came up to the drive thru he gave us are stuff an was grabbing my hand like he needed help“
“I only gave a 2 for service because I ordered the $5 3pc special, all WHITE , spicy....but realized when I got home it was dark meat. I absolutely hate chicken thighs🤢BUT, everything else was guhreatttt... especially the cashier Porscha. Btw, the manager prepared my order...not Porscha.“
“After taking my Mom shopping for Thanksgiving. On my way home 🏠. I stopped at Popeyes to get a bite to eat. I ordered a two piece spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗🐔🐓 a Breast, Thigh, biscuit and a large drink. It was very busy but the line was moving fast. The cashier was friendly and nice. I placed my order and was about number 6 for my order. It didn't take that long at all. The food was hot 🔥 fresh and tasted great. The spicy 🔥 breast was very juicy!!! The thigh, biscuit was good also. The store was clean. I did notice that there were several die flies on the window ledges inside the store and the windows needs some good cleaning. The restroom needed some attention also, you can see it in the pictures below. Other than that this was a good review.

“I decided to use my survey receipt, to purchase a large drink to get a free 2 p.c. chicken 🍗🐔 and biscuit. I ordered a Large orange, received a free breast, thigh and biscuit. Alvin Jones took my order, he was very friendly and professional. If needed any employees, Mr. Alvin Jones would be hired immediately. The food was hot 🔥 and fresh. I like to try all of the drink flavors so I only fill my cup up one fourth of the way. I also noticed that the regional mgr was there doing orientation for three new employee's. I pray that everything works out because we need good employees in today's society. The parking lot was clean and the lobby also. The only thing that I noticed that needed some attention was the window's need to be clean including the ledges inside and out. So hopefully Popeyes read this and clean all the windows inside and out including the window ledges. I still decided to give them 5 🌟 because of the food, service, atmosphere and especially Alvin Jones.“
“I went into Popeyes with 3 other people. Nobody else was in line. There seemed to be 5 people working. Only one person took and prepared our orders one at a time. Each of us ordered a 3 piece tender and fries combo. The lady was extremely nice, but the others should have helped her. By the time we left, there was a line to the door. The food was great, although they didn't have the strawberry biscuits we went there to get.“
“I decided to visit the Popeyes Chicken 🍗🐔🐓 on Hackcross Road today. The outside was clean including the landscape. It was very busy with a lot of door dash drivers picking up orders, the drive thru was very busy also. I ordered a two piece spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗 🐔🐓 biscuit, large drink. They didn't have any spicy 🔥 ready, so I waited. I noticed that they had a full staff, which was good because in the pass they was under staff, also I noticed that the window ledges and windows were clean, because I remember on my last visit they weren't. This store has made a lot of improvements. I got my order in about 10 minutes. The food was hot 🔥 fresh. But not that spicy. But how far this store has come I am going to give them 5 star's still because of the improvements they have made. P.S spicy 🔥 up the spicy 🔥 chicken 🍗🐔🐓 please!!!“
“Okay okay I'm considered a pretty fair reviewer n i believe in 2ND n sometimes 3RD chances LOL if the food is pretty good but much better today Popeye's crew team the line was a little long and i got worried and thought it was gonna be slow but they did exceptional well with their timing and the food was great 👍“
“From the many times I have gone through the drive-thru here, I've observed1. There's always a line, and it doesn't always move quick.2. The staff are always pleasant toward me.3. They can't keep spicy chicken in stock to my dismay. But the food is always delicious!“

“I went on a wednesday for lunch and it was busyyy. My God, the food was so good. I tried the strawberry tea, absolutely amazing. I also got chipotle wings, and the classic chicken sandwich. I actually like to put extra mayo on my sandwich, and it had a lot of mayo on it. It was really busy, they did a good job getting the food out in time. The staff here was attentive, too.“
“I went next door to burger King first because I've never been a fan of Popeyes. Well burger King had a staff that was apparently playing inside the facility tag of some sort. So when I pulled to the window they finally realized I was watching them run around slipping and sliding around on there greasy nasty floor they asked me to pull back to the speaker to order. So I pulled next door to Popeyes because my mother and wife likes Popeyes and I'm glad I did. I havevto say they was on top of the chart I have become to like Popeyes now myself after the ice storm and being cooped up at home eating any thing and everything in the house I'm glad there employees was glad to be at work and I'm glad for them they all deserve a raise I don't care what they make. It needs to be doubled because nothing else was open on the block and it was the best fried chicken I've ever eaten. Thanks Popeyes!“
