If I could give more than 5 stars for customer service, I would. There was a mix-up last night, but the night crew was super patient, understanding, and knew exactly how to diffuse the situation without missing a beat. Kreisha is the absolute best—she completely sorted out the issue from last night and made sure I was taken care of. You don't always see this level of care in fast food. Thank you, Kreisha and team!
Line moves pretty fast. This location usually has the chicken sandwich. My order is usually always right.
Old chicken, cold fries, and messed up my order. The only good thing about this order was good customer service. The young lady that took my order was great. She sounded like she enjoyed her job and people.. Usually when I come to this location customer service isn't good.
