Best Popeyes in Memphis! But so great they run out of products.
The attitudes of the employees were great! I didn’t check my food before I left. I paid for a 10pc and only received 8 pcs… I also had to ask for the condiments I paid extra for .. I ordered two pies that didn’t have sugar on top. I was slightly disappointed.. If people can just get what they ask for . This could be the best Popeyes in Memphis
If I could give more than 5 stars for customer service, I would. There was a mix-up last night, but the night crew was super patient, understanding, and knew exactly how to diffuse the situation without missing a beat. Kreisha is the absolute best—she completely sorted out the issue from last night and made sure I was taken care of. You don't always see this level of care in fast food. Thank you, Kreisha and team!
