It was just average. I'm not sure what is going on with this chain of stores but they seem to be losing all the qualities that once made them who they are. They seem to have lost their way. Food is not appetizing anymore. Mashed potatoes and gravy spoils quickly.

The customer service was excellent. I ordered online and received my food really fast. The location was convenient as I was passing through. Yet, the chicken was so bland. It was like they battered it in flour and had no seasoning and fried it. My sides were fine, but I was already gone headed down the interstate by the time I started eating my chicken. service is okay??
(drive thru) cashiers are mostly friendly..
**a few times, too many conversations with coworkers that are so loud, you need to shout:
"please don't forget my straw & napkins this time!!"
For the Memphis area, they get a B+?‍♂️

Parking: has about 25 spaces which only 8 or 9 are occupied when I've been in drive thru (2pm-7pm)
