They were so nice when I came in and my drink and sandwich were ready quickly. Whoever made the sandwich put it in the bag upside down and I had to scoop it out with my fingers. All the fillings were in the bottom of the bag. The drink was good.
The people are so nice and they always make my drinks right!
Love everything about this Starbucks. The fast service and wonderful customer service!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a favorite in the Memphis area. The service and quality of drinks are consistently great, with every single employee described as awesome, excellent, and friendly. The staff always has a smile, and the customer service is top tier, making the day better for visitors. The inside is exceptionally clean and beautiful, with a large lobby. Even when the drive thru line is long, the wait is never long. Specific drinks like the iced caramel macchiato are noted as very yum. The afternoon and evening shifts create a great vibe with a fun and easy going atmosphere, though the morning shift could learn from them. The team is knowledgeable, including a Coffee Master, and they mix great drinks with fast service. Drinks are even brought to the table, a first for some guests. Overall, this is considered the best Starbucks in the area, a great cafe for coffee.
