The staff always has a smile, and the customer service is top tier, making the day better for visitors. The inside is exceptionally clean and beautiful, with a large lobby. Even when the drive thru line is long, the wait is never long. Specific drinks like the iced caramel macchiato are noted as very yum. The afternoon and evening shifts create a great vibe with a fun and easy going atmosphere, though the morning shift could learn from them. The team is knowledgeable, including a Coffee Master, and they mix great drinks with fast service. Drinks are even brought to the table, a first for some guests.
