“I had a really great experience at this Subway! The store was clean, the ingredients looked fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly how I asked. The staff were very polite and patient, especially while I was deciding what I wanted. They worked quickly but still paid attention to detail, and my sandwich tasted amazing. It’s nice to see good customer service and a welcoming atmosphere — I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I had gone into the store & realized there was a Subway sandwich place in there.
It's good to know there is a Subway in the area.
The store is really clean looking & the employees are nice too ... ☺️

“So yummy and clean always. I always love Subway. I ordered a Spinach salad and I asked for lots of spinach and he gave me all the spinach left in the container. Then he asked me about the meat not just the veggies and the cheese, of course. I ate the whole salad 🥗 I usually save some of my food for later but it was delicious 😋 and fresh and crispy spinach salad so I kept chewing. Delicious, he added some kind of ranch dressing that I never had on spinach salad before!“

“Order here quite often since I live nearby, seems family owned. They always get my order right and they’re nice. Usually pretty empty, but it’s a small space so customers probably don’t hang out inside because of so. Great grab and go lunch spot.“

“My first two orders here I didn't tip. The last two orders, including today. I tipped $4. My second to last order I had to get my own chips. My last order today I had to do the same. I will not be giving anymore tips. I ordered online so I can only have to walk in and pickup. Since I have to also get my own chips. I won't tip at this location.“

“Food tasted good, but it didn't look like the photos. Loved how much seating there was and the location. The fact that this subway was right in downtown (walkable) was an added plus. Usd the app to get an amazing bogo offer ( I wouldn't pay full price all the time for a footlong like this (Got busy after i came), but it was still pleasant. Would recommend coming/stopping by here.“

“Cold Cut Combo on Italian Herb & Cheese was delicious 😟. The two that are in there today are FAST too. There was only ONE customer when I came in. When I left there were like 5. The line was to the door.

“This is my go-to subway in Memphis! Kevin is the best subway employee that I have ever met! He has excellent customer service, a great attitude and personality, and he is always smiling and helpful! “Clean environment as always. Today I bought a salad. No meat just veggies. I enjoy the young lady who assists me every time. Light skinned Low hair style. Don’t forget to get your sauces ahead of time. She did ask and I said no, assuming they still give you those packet dressing. Welp! ? Joke was on me cause they don’t. && they were out of lids to make to go sauces. At first I was like now WTFDSDTS? Apparently the young lady working the till was tired. I know gworl! Anywho leaving out the door tired like the young lady with her ipods was… I remembered how it was working in food so I’m not tripping. I just know to order sandwiches only here! ?‍???“

“It's a little tight area for parking .But the food was decent I don't know what happened to $5? foot long's. I guess I will chop it up to the economy but other than that everything was okay

They do an excellent job at making your sandwich just the way you like. There is a young lady that works there, the only female I've ever encountered there, she has the best attitude and smile I've noticed in a long time. She is very polite, attentive and gives you suggestions that so far have always worked out.Clean, nice smell and they make a great sandwich also“

The veggies were super crisp, the bread was baked perfectly, and the person making my sandwich was so kind and helpful. “Look I'm a simple type of guy and I love this place. I been living next to this subways for 9-10 years so far and been going here off and on. Sometimes everyday or 3-4 times in a weekday even. They been having new staff through the years but there are always the two same workers I have seen ever since I stepped foot into this establishment. They have been nothing but kind/courteous and get to the point of my sandwich/meal, Lol. I always get a flat bread with the grilled white chicken as the meat, orange/white colby(cheddar) shreds being toasted. Than adding lettuce, regular mayo, cucumbers and green peppers and onions and also tomatoes. I use to get black olives but not anymore. Other people who may review this establishment, this specific one here in Memphis,Tn and may or will say it's bad and all that mumbo jumbo, they just do not know how to be kind and stop asking for so much things that they can't give to you. An having a attitude that works in hand of not being kind or patient, be loud and clear(of course) and point to what you would like/love on your meal(I greatly encourage this). Don't give them a hard time, some may be new and training and some not. We are adults and we work, most in food industry like me. I'm a server and have great respect for these workers at this subway. I don't be social with them so they don't know a lot about me like I do with them, but if they saw this review I hope they get a smile on their face. They know/seen my Farther and autistic brother(quite often through the years) if they need that to know who I am, lol.“

Parking: Winchester Rd and Ross Rd Mini Mall with parking spaces available, lot's of businesses are no longer open so plenty of spaces to park.“
