The service was awful. We waited an hour along with 6 other groups with open tables due to the kitchen being backed up. When we sat down and ordered, it took another hour to get our food. On top of this, gratuity is automatically added. Last the manager said she would discount our ticket, which never happened. Horrible experience and will never go back or recommend.
Great food. Worst service EVER! Felt as if we were bothering the employees by asking for more coffee or water. My cup sat empty for about 20 minutes.
Watched a party of 6 get up and leave, never even got food. They add a gratuity on your ticket, basically stealing your money, because I wouldn’t have left as much as they took. Horrible service at 10:30on a Monday. 6 tables seated with 11people and they wouldn’t seat anyone else. 180 customer capacity. Floors filthy, bathroom smelled like piss. Waited 25 minutes to get seated for 2 people and no one got their meal in the time we were waiting so we left. Nice menu items. the menus were are all wrinkled and torn like they had been out in the street for weeks.
