Sugar Grits Reviews
Took a while to be acknowledged. VERY slow service. Food was ok. Floor was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. Poorly managed.
The wait staff was nice.
Long wait to be seated and for mediocre food. Very friendly staff, but poor management.
The service was awful. We waited an hour along with 6 other groups with open tables due to the kitchen being backed up. When we sat down and ordered, it took another hour to get our food. On top of this, gratuity is automatically added. Last the manager said she would discount our ticket, which never happened. Horrible experience and will never go back or recommend.
