Me and my husband came to this TXRH tonight and our server Caijuan was great and had such awesome customer service, The food was also Amazing and the restaurant itself looked very neat and clean! We will definitely be back.
Bethany and Ariel need to be fired. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They have hung up on me purposefully four times without resolving the issue. Iβve asked to speak to a manager and they will not get in manager on the phone with me. I did not receive items that I have paid for.
I had a poor experience with the management at the restaurant today. One of the managers on duty, a black, bald guy with a beard, was very unprofessional. He attempted to intimidate me when I asked for a 3rd booth so my family could sit comfortably. He was trying to seat 10 people in one booth with a booster seat, even though the establishment was 40% empty with plenty of vacant booths and no line or wait at the door.
