Customer service was great. Chill vibe.
Last year in March 2022, I attended a birthday gathering on the official opening weekend and it was TERRIBLE. No one in our party received the food that was ordered. I spoke with the owner and we chalked the negative experience up to the restaurant bring new and growing pains.

Chef Jayvion made the food tonight and it was amazing 🤩 he was so professional and the salmon and shrimp tacos are bussin bussin! Karaoke Thursday is the best!

The food is consistently cooked to perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The vibe is nice, and the bartenders and staff are friendly and professional. Khalil, the bartender, stands out for his inviting personality and excellent service. The live band on Friday night is amazing, and the karaoke adds to the fun vibe. The Madison burger is fresh and hot, making brunch a great experience. While the cover charge policy has been inconsistent lately, Thrive Social Bar remains a must-try destination for a special occasion or just a night out.
