My only minor critique is that they could check on customers more frequently, but it’s not a significant issue. However, a personal incident changed my experience at this location. One of the female employees reportedly discussed me with her mother, who also worked there. The mother later shared this with me, which made future visits uncomfortable. While the service itself was good, this incident left me feeling it wasn’t the right place for me to continue dining, out of respect for my wife and to avoid any perceived impropriety.

Atmosphere: The restaurant has a comfortable, laid-back vibe. One of the managers is often visible, checking on customers and maintaining a welcoming environment. It’s a nice place to relax without feeling rushed.

“I absolutely loved my experience at the Bartlett Breakfast Factory! The food was outstanding — I ordered the grits and catfish, and both were nothing short of phenomenal. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.

The service was friendly and efficient, even with how busy the restaurant was. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars for atmosphere is because the place was very crowded — which makes sense given it’s not a large restaurant and clearly in high demand. Honestly, that just shows how good it is! I can easily see this place expanding in the future.

“We had to drop off our car for service in Memphis and decided on IHOP for a late breakfast/brunch. The staff was very nice, our server was pleasant and polite, and the food came quickly and was delicious. The ladies room was also very clean for anyone that might be wondering. Additionally, they allowed us to wait in their vestibule for our ride back to the dealership and were very kind about it. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.“
