“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“We did go to Zaxby’s on a quick decision thought and we ordered Nibbles with Fries and it was ready shortly after and was very fresh ,hot n delicious and already planning our next Trip“

“I love Zaxbys. But every time I go through the drive through. Someone messes up my order. I've had my drink missing several times. My son's sandwich in his kid's meal was not included in his meal. I've had wings missing and fries missing many times. The management at the Andrew Johnson location and the college square mall location have been very rude. I've had to go back inside to get my missing item because the drive through is extremely long. Zaxbys is one of my favorite places to eat. But you guys need to work on checking your orders better and have better customer service. I care about the people who work here. At the same time I am cheering you on. But something has got to change. I believe you can do better. Just giving my feedback!“

“The workers were all very nice. I usually don’t like garlic Parmesan wings since they’re overbearing, but THEIR GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS WERE PERFECT. I don’t recommend their mild wings though, they had a weird aftertaste. The tall black guy who made the wings did a good job and was time efficient and kind with all the orders made. It took me around 10 minutes to get my 6 piece combo which isn’t too bad. The wings are good and so are the fries. It’s a pretty good price for the portion of food you get too.“

“Always had great service and great food. The other day they added onions to a back yard BBQ when asked to leave them off. The guy that made it apologized profusely and made me another and made things right. I'll absolutely shop here more now. You could tell he took it to heart and felt bad and reacted to make a new one correctly as quickly as he could. I think he has red hair and wears a beanie. Idk his name but props to that guy.“
