“We enjoyed our first visit on 2/11/25. The service was very good and the food was outstanding. We love the spinach and artichoke dip. The entrees of blackened Mahi Mahi and steamed shrimp were excellent with generous portions. Had to bring home dessert of peanut butter cake which was yummy! We will go back.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“Came to pick up food on Super Bowl Sunday, realistically expecting to have to wait a while for wings, but they handled everything really well! Had extra staff dedicated just to takeout orders and got my food super quickly. Great quality too! Was my first time trying wingstop and will definitely be back.“

“I love Zaxbys. But every time I go through the drive through. Someone messes up my order. I've had my drink missing several times. My son's sandwich in his kid's meal was not included in his meal. I've had wings missing and fries missing many times. The management at the Andrew Johnson location and the college square mall location have been very rude. I've had to go back inside to get my missing item because the drive through is extremely long. Zaxbys is one of my favorite places to eat. But you guys need to work on checking your orders better and have better customer service. I care about the people who work here. At the same time I am cheering you on. But something has got to change. I believe you can do better. Just giving my feedback!“

“Raelyn took care of me try the new sauce the last dub was amazing one the ghost pepper wings even with the chance now I could say the ghost peppers taste just a good as they first came out a lot more crispier. I’m also glad they fixed the AC cause before in the summer time. It was super hot and the coworkers still worked their very best in the extreme heat. “I made a late night call, desperate for a large order for a charter bus group after a long day. There was nothing else open at almost midnight in Morristown we were tired and hungry after a long day of travel! Fortunately for us Misty answered my call, gladly took our order, rushed to get pizzas in the oven and even delivered them herself to our hotel down the street on her way home.

“I witnessed a customer disrespect the two ladies who was working. I stayed behind to make sure it didn't go any further that need attention. The employees were both polite even though the man was arguing about them giving him a side of uncooked pepperoni. They were very professional but they should have the authority to refuse him service in the future. As a manager of fortune 100 company I would never allow any customer to disrespect my associates.
