It's fast food people not fine dining never had a problem with the food or service
I used to love this location but recently they have hired new staff members and the food just does not taste the same the food is always burnt the orders are taken wrong and almost every time my bag is incomplete!
This is the closest thing to my work but I always hate going here. It’s either long lines, messed up orders or tea that tastes like crap. It’s always in the evenings. If you can go somewhere else please go. Management needs to clean house at this location

The McDonald's restaurant is known for its friendly staff, quick service, and clean interior. The manager and employees work hard to ensure customer satisfaction, and they strive to correct any issues that arise. Customers appreciate the smiling faces and the effort made to create a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering Kids Happy Meals, and has some handicap seats at tables, although it is not fully handicap accessible when entering the building. Recently, customers noted that the food was fresh and hot, including Big Mac sandwiches, fries, and drinks like Dr Pepper and Sprite. However, there have been some delays and mistakes, such as missing toys in Happy Meals, fewer nuggets than ordered, and longer wait times at the drive-thru, even when the restaurant is not busy. Some recent feedback indicated that the pick-up window has mirrored glass, making it hard to see inside, and there were reports of food items like bagels and hash browns not being warm. Despite these challenges, Brandee stands out as a hard worker who puts a lot of time and devotion into her job, which enhances the overall experience. The staff generally tries their best to offer a good experience, even when they are understaffed and overworked.
