I have always loved the food. I really hope u don't close for good. I can't believe the place was never very busy . I think it's more the location that's the problem.
Not a single patron was in the restaurant when we got there, so I was a bit worried. But the service and the food were excellent! Definitely recommend! Pleasantly surprised.

However, there were some disappointments during a second visit, such as lack of assistance for a guest in a wheelchair and a mix-up with payment. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with the only recommendation being to heat the cup of marinara sauce. While the dessert presentation was lacking, the taste made up for it. Overall, Portofino Italian restaurant is worth a visit for a tasty meal in a cozy setting.
