“My husband and I were headed back to VA from Gaitlinburg from Vacation and stopped at this Wendy’s. I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. In our home town it’s obvious the employees here hate their job and the customers pay the price with incorrect orders and rudeness. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and that big smile. We appreciate you.“

“My wife and I started exploring backroads from Virginia, passing through Baileyton and found this quaint little place by luck. The 3 ladies were super kind, the food was hot and delicious! The "Cuz's-Rounds were so good, we got another oder. These are the little off the road places that we appreciate, and come back too. Thanks for the memory!!“

“If you haven't tried The Phat Cat Cafe' & Brasserie for lunch, then you are missing out. They have the best burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, subs, and French fries I have ever had. The desserts are the absolute tastiest in town. The Phat Cat Cafe' is truly the place you want to be when you are hungry. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's clean, comfortable, and you feel like you are in a 5* restaurant. The best service, you can ask for. We eat there when we are in town. For hidden gems, this is Greeneville's finest.“

They took care of me very patient even though very understaffed hopefully everyone’s getting paid how they should cause a lot of definite overtimes in which the owner should be grateful for so the business runs I have no one Ashley give me great service very quick and efficient and the cooks they might meal with definite love but come here for the ice cream can’t ever go wrong 100% recommend“

“I never do reviews. As someone who LOVES Raising Canes and Chicken like it, I just wanted to BRAG about their NEW chicken tenders!! They were so BIG, tender, and crispy! You can also tell they’re real chicken! Their dipping sauces that go with them are also really good!
Compared to Zaxbys which we’ve been to a few times recently, these were SOOO much bigger, BETTER, and less expensive! I truly hope they keep these on the menu“
