It's a glorified bar so expect that atmosphere. We were told to sit anywhere when we arrived, and we seated ourselves. “Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

“we were there Tuesday March 26th about 2pm ... it was just after the lunch rush so all the tables had yet to be need cleared of dirty dishes from lunch ... but 🥂 Praise Be to the young bartender🔥 with long brown hair who came to our rescue and cleaned us a table at the bench on the wall... it's the first time we'd ever visited a Red Robin so we weren't versed in the menu.. the steak fries were cooked to perfection w/ the Simple Burger and delivered in a timely manner. “I went around 1 in the morning on September 27th, and had a rather large order for my friends. Multiple trays, as well as a few extra sides and shakes. The guy taking my order was nice, fast, and accurate, as well as the second man who helped bag the order and prepare drinks. Dana and Steven had a ButterBurger with Cheese, fries, a Fried Cod fish sandwich with fried Cheese Curds and a 2 piece Fried Cod fish dinner with fries and cole slaw. Real Sweet Tea. Both employees I interacted with in the drive through were some of the kindest and most genuine people I've interacted with, especially at a Burger King, which is a difficult characteristic to display working in customer service. The food is just okay, being Burger King and all, but my order was correct and the guy at the window was very kind in making sure he had everything right before assembling the order. The employees here are really going above and beyond.“
