“Alex was a fantastic cashier! He was very kind and made a suggestion to get the chocolate soft serve with the cinnamon toast crunch dip! He was right! It was delicious. The world needs more Alex's in it. Classic ice cream with friendly service and a nice environment.“

“I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken from my MOBILE order. Called to have them refund me for what I paid for and didn’t receive but the manager Deanna said she didn't have the ability to do that, but that she'd contact the person above her who could. It took a day or so, but I eventually received an email that my entire order had been refunded. Not as quickly or efficiently as I'd like, but they did make it right in the end.
