“Overall this is a good location and I can tell that the family who owns it tries very hard. I’ve gone here many times and have always had a great experience BUT today I went there and they charged 79 cents for honey mustard without mentioning it, which they’ve never charged before. When I brought it to their attention they looked at me like I was crazy and the man who was working the intercom said “if we have to pay for it we charge you for it.”I’m a small business owner myself and I understand small costs add up but they should tell you what it costs before charging you if it’s not already listed on the menu. Not to mention Dairy Queen is already on the expensive side for fast food.This location is run well and the food is good but I just hope they are more transparent with their pricing in the future.“
“The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our food was brought to us at our table. The restaurant was clean. The manager greeted us and made sure we were happy and had what we needed. I recommend this location to everyone.“
