High Society Reviews
No longer a cajun or seafood place. I was confused by the reviews lol. Can't speak on the food as we arrived late in the evening after the kitchen was closed but the drinks were reasonable and staff was great. Live music that evening was also a plus.
Love this place, absolutely recommend it!
This is a fun place. Many new changes in process and good live music.

High Society is an Irish pub that switched not long ago. It has live music and a dance floor with plenty of opportunity to boogie down. There are several Irish beers on tap, and the drinks are reasonable. The staff is super friendly and the service is great. The chef came out with food and chatted, and the owner was a sweetheart. The atmosphere is comfy decor, suitable for beer and apps or a meal. The varied menu, at all price points, ensures anyone can afford to have a good meal and a show for a great night out. Meals mentioned include fried catfish, a fried sandwich with Cole slaw, a burger, grilled fish, steak dinners, and freshly breaded best fried pickles. The chicken part of the sandwich was so good. The burger was so good. The grilled fish was also excellent. The fried catfish was the best from a restaurant, using harp beer batter. One hit was that the service was a bit slow, but they were packed and short-handed. High Society is recommended to visitors and locals alike.
